The custom therapeutic massage allows us to fine-tune the amount of pressure and stretching used on a patient-by-patient basis. Your comfort is our number one priority. Our goal is to ensure a calm and relaxed environment at Bella Body. You may experience some soreness for 48 hours following your massage, due to the stretching and manipulation of your muscles. We suggest increasing your fluid intake to flush out toxins post-treatment. Your massage therapist may recommend an Epsom salt bath to ease soreness if you opted for a deep tissue or sports therapy massage.
